The ei.cfg Removal Utility is a legendary, lightweight portable tool designed to create a “universal” Windows installation disc by disabling a specific configuration file inside a Windows ISO image.
Created originally by developer Ken Kato (as part of winisoutils), it bypasses the need to manually extract, edit, and recompile large operating system image files.
